Capture is available on web, desktop, and mobile, and drafts export to PDF and DOCX on your letterhead.
How secure is the platform?
Recordings and documents are hosted in the UK by default, with encryption in transit and at rest, plus granular permissions so the right people see the right work. Transcription and generation use named sub-processors. Enterprise adds SAML SSO and fuller audit controls.
Does Ardela require technical setup?
Most teams start in minutes with a workspace sign-up. Enterprise SSO is available for firm-wide rollouts.
Is there a free plan?
You can try Ardela from sign-up. For ongoing use, Starter and Pro are priced per seat; Enterprise is custom.
