How is Ardela priced?

Starter is £29 and Pro is £39 per seat per month in GBP. Billed yearly, you pay 15% less (effective monthly rate). Usage limits are per user each month and do not scale with seat count. Enterprise is custom for firm-wide security, limits, and support.

Is there a free trial?

You can create a workspace and explore the product from sign-up. For ongoing use, choose Starter or Pro per seat, or contact us for Enterprise. Trials may also be arranged with our team.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter covers recordings, AI notes, Clara, and Pillars with lighter monthly allowances (for example 300 audio minutes and 50 AI notes per user). Pro raises those allowances, adds clients and matters, the transcriber queue, workflows, AI document drafting, form fills, document review, custom templates, REST API, and analytics.

What does Enterprise add?

Enterprise builds on Pro with custom usage limits, SAML SSO, fuller audit logs, a dedicated success manager, and priority support.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Most teams start on Starter or Pro and move up as usage or security requirements grow. Contact sales for Enterprise rollouts.

Are transcriber seats free?

Yes. Transcriber accounts for PAs and legal secretaries do not use a paid seat on any plan. The transcription queue itself is available on Pro and above. Fee-earners and admins still count toward your plan seats.
