How is Ardela priced?

Starter is £69 and Pro is £99 per seat per month in GBP. Billed yearly, you pay 20% less (effective monthly rate). Starter includes 1,000 AI credits and Pro includes 2,500 per user each month. Credits renew monthly on annual plans too. Enterprise includes unlimited AI credits with custom pricing for firm-wide security and support.

Is there a free trial?

You can create a workspace and explore the product from sign-up. For ongoing use, choose Starter or Pro per seat, or contact us for Enterprise. Trials may also be arranged with our team.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter covers clients, matters, document management, recordings, AI document drafting, Clara, and Tables with 1,000 AI credits per user each month. Pro includes 2,500 monthly AI credits per user and adds the transcriber queue, workflows, form fills, document review, custom templates, and analytics.

What does Enterprise add?

Enterprise builds on Pro with unlimited AI credits, flexible paid seat counts, SAML SSO, and priority support.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Most teams start on Starter or Pro and move up as usage or security requirements grow. Contact sales for Enterprise rollouts.

Are read-only seats free?

Yes. Read-only accounts do not use a paid seat on any plan. They let colleagues view permitted work without editing it. Fee-earners and admins still count towards your plan seats.
