These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public website at https://www.ardela.ai (the “Site”), operated by Ardela Limited (“Ardela”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
The Ardela product application and paid services are governed by separate agreements presented at sign-up or in a customer contract. These Site Terms do not replace those product terms.

Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

- Use the Site for fraudulent or harmful activities

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (including app.ardela.ai sign-in). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.
