Workspace isolation
Every recording, transcript, and document belongs to a workspace. Data does not cross workspace boundaries.
Roles & permissions
Owner, Admin, Member, and Transcriber roles. Permission keys are customizable per role under Settings.
Recording access
Authors own and control their recordings. Group-shared visibility stays read-only; admins can recover stuck items.
Authentication
Email and password with optional 2FA, SAML SSO for enterprise, and admin-enforced MFA for all members.
Session security
Sessions expire after inactivity with absolute time limits, keeping shared and unattended devices safe.
AI & data
Clara proposals require explicit approval, run on workspace-scoped data, and never leave your workspace.
Activity logging
Admins review logs for administrative actions. Enterprise plans add extended audit log capabilities.
Export & deletion
Account holders can export their data. Deletion follows a grace period before permanent removal.
